Skyline Recruitment and Consulting is a Sydney-based real estate recruitment and advisory firm working exclusively with real estate agencies and professionals.


We partner with principals, directors, business owners and team leaders to support smarter hiring decisions, stronger team structures, and healthier workplace culture. Every member of our team comes from a first-hand real estate background, so we don’t just advise from theory, we know what truly works (and what doesn’t) for agents and agencies. Why We Do It

We started Skyline Recruitment and Consulting for our beliefs which are both personal as well as professional. 


Having worked in real estate ourselves, we’ve experienced the frustration of high staff turnover, mismatched hires, and teams struggling to perform. We know the flaws and limitations that currently exist in established recruitment structures. We know what it feels like to invest in recruitment only to see talent leave, and we understand the impact this has on agency culture, client satisfaction, and growth.
